How many sessions do I need?
4 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart for a full collagen response. Many patients maintain with one session per quarter.
How is this different from a regular HydraFacial?
A standard HydraFacial cleans the skin's surface. Hydraneedle goes further — the microneedling stimulates your own collagen response, delivering structural improvement, not just a one-day glow.
Will I see results immediately?
Glow within 3–5 days. Structural collagen improvement continues over 8–12 weeks, refining across the full 4-session series.

Our approach

Conservative and structural — building support and harmony rather than chasing volume. Most patients start with 1–2 syringes per area and add over time. Overfilling is the most common mistake in aesthetic medicine; we deliberately avoid it.

How long does filler last?
12–18 months for most patients, with manufacturer-backed one-year longevity guarantees. Lip filler metabolizes faster than cheek filler.
Will I look "done"?
Not at Drop of Paradise. The goal is a refreshed, balanced look that other people notice as "you look great" without identifying what changed.
What if I don't like it?
Hyaluronic acid filler is reversible. If you're unhappy, it can be dissolved with an enzyme injection.

Microneedling (SkinStylus)

FDA-cleared microneedling for collagen and elastin stimulation. For maximum results, we typically recommend Hydraneedle (HydraFacial + microneedling combo).

Microneedling or Hydraneedle?
Hydraneedle delivers more — better glow, faster recovery, deeper product delivery — for $150 more per session. Microneedling alone is for patients with an established skincare routine seeking only collagen stimulation.
Is it safe for darker skin tones?
Yes — microneedling does not target melanin (unlike laser), making it generally safer across all skin types.

Medical Weight Loss

Provider-supervised program with Tirzepatide + glycine. Monthly check-ins, dosage adjustments, real medicine and real support. B12 add-on available.
